EQ Shine Program - Grade 4

Overview

In Grade 4, children deepen self-understanding while strengthening emotional and social skills. They practice positive self-talk, emotional check-ins, self-discipline, mindfulness, creativity, and safe digital habits. Students develop kindness, gratitude, good manners, empathy, and respect for diversity and elders. Through friendship-building, flexibility, and non-verbal communication, they enhance relationship skills. They also learn ethical decision-making, understand social norms, and choose positive role models—growing into confident, compassionate, and responsible individuals.
