EQ Shine Program - Grade 5

Overview

In Grade 5, children develop deeper self-awareness, confidence, and emotional strength as they prepare for new life transitions. They explore identity, courage, body positivity, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and positive affirmations. Students build empathy, friendship skills, teamwork, active listening, and learn to handle bullying and social media responsibly. Through ethical decision-making, accountability, goal-setting, and clear communication, children gain the emotional intelligence and social skills needed for a confident and successful future.
