EQ Shine Program - Grade 9

Overview

In Grade 9, students strengthen advanced emotional intelligence and decision-making skills for high school and beyond. They deepen self-awareness through emotions, passions, accountability, and stress management. Self-management includes resilience, growth mindset, and recognizing addictive patterns. Students develop empathy, conflict resolution, healthy relationships, and digital responsibility, while learning to navigate peer pressure, stereotypes, and biases. Responsible decision-making focuses on ethical choices, critical thinking, problem-solving, and aligning actions with personal values—preparing them for confident, thoughtful, and balanced growth.
